The group arrived safely this morning, surprisingly lively after such a long journey.
We met our driver, Rene, & traveled the 1 hour journey to our hotel in Horw, a village near Luzern. After dropping-off our bags we rode the city bus into the heart of Luzern.
There was time for lunch, then we began our city walking tour with local guide Suzy.
After the tour we had a little more free time for shopping, then returned to our hotel to relax before a great dinner.
By the end of the day everybody was very tired so it was an early night for most, hopefully to overcome the jet lag a little & be rested for the rest of the week.
