Three Countries in One Day! UPDATED

Switzerland, Liechtenstein & Austria!
Today was our longest traveling day of this trip.
We began by departing our hotel in Switzerland, & just an hour & a half later we were in another country, albeit the tiny (really - just 15 miles x 4 miles!) nation of Liechtenstein.
Unfortunately it was raining but we browsed the stores, got passports stamped, & strolled the main street of the capital 'city' Vaduz.

Then it was onwards to country number 3, Austria.
Our destination was the village of Obsteig, where our overnight hotel is.  But first we stopped in Innsbruck, capitol of the Tirol region & once one of the most important cities in the world as the capital of the Habsburg's Austria Empire!
There was time for lunch, to stroll the picturesque streets, & to visit some of the sights including the City Tower & the Hofburg Palace.
We also witnessed a historical Catholic youth parade with military-style uniforms, banners, & bands.  Quite a sight, even though we weren't sure exactly what was going on!

In the late afternoon we departed Innsbruck & drove the 30+ minutes to Obsteig village.
Our hotel here is a typical wooden 'chalet' style building, surrounded by spectacular mountains & scenery in the high Alpine meadows.
We arrived early enough for everyone to enjoy the area - the (kids) playground, the countryside around, & the hotel itself.
